Youth Movie Night
On Friday June 17th, we had a youth movie night at our home. We had about 15 youth show up. We partnered with Pastor Thomas's church and together we had a great time. We watched the movie, "Karate Kid 2", had some snacks and played a game. They really seemed to enjoy themselves. We had a mixture of English and Spanish speaking youth attend. We had some youth that knew both languages, so it made it easy for everyone to understand each other. The movie was in English with Spanish sub-titles. We had a great time and plan to partner with this group for other activities in the community. Below are some pictures from our time together.
